Our apartment is located right in front of the Eisriesenwelt "ice caves" – you can reach it by car in just 5 minutes or on foot in about 50 minutes.

Even easier: The Eisriesenwelt shuttle stops right outside the door and takes you comfortably to the cave.

Ski- & Snowboard-Arena Werfenweng ⛷️ 

Nach einem aktiven Tag könnt ihr eure Ski und Skischuhe bequem bei uns im Kellerbereich unterbringen und trocknen.

The Werfenweng ski resort is only 9.9 km from our apartment – ​​about a 14-minute drive.

What awaits you:

• Around 2,000 free parking spaces in the ski area
• 29 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes
• 9 modern lifts
• Tobogganing fun on the Köpfflitzer toboggan run (1.5 km)

After an active day, you can conveniently store and dry your skis and ski boots in our basement.

Burg Hohenwerfen 🏰

The imposing Hohenwerfen Castle is an absolute highlight of your stay. Over 900 years old, it sits majestically atop a steep rocky outcrop overlooking the Salzach Valley.
In addition to fascinating castle tours, there are at least two falcony displays daily – the famous falcony show (lasting approximately 25 minutes).

Tip: You can watch the falconry show free of charge every day from our balcony – perhaps while enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee.

Getting to the ski slopes has never been easier with the "W3-Shuttle" 🚖  

Easier than ever: The W3 shuttle will pick you up comfortably right at our accommodation and take you flexibly to your destination, whether it's the town center or the train station.

The city of Salzburg is just under 40 minutes by car from our apartment and is a real highlight – whether you want to sample culinary delights or discover cultural treasures.

Liechtensteinklamm 🌊

The impressive Liechtenstein Gorge stretches for a total of 4 kilometers from the Grossarl Valley to St. Johann – approximately 1 kilometer of which is open to visitors.

The final section of the gorge is accessible to the public via a hiking trail from St. Johann – a treat for nature lovers and hikers.
